We are proud to announce that Arcadia Shipmanagement was named winner of the “Tanker Company of The Year” at the annual Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards.
Arcadia Shipmanagement becomes the first two-time winner of the “Tanker Company of the Year” Award, having won the trophy for the first time 14 years ago. In Arcadia, the judging panel chose to recognize a company with an all-Greek flag fleet, employing Greek Seafarers.
Arcadia’s concentration on quality and excellence in performance, safety and environmental protection has been highlighted the last few years by each exemplary record in Port State Control and charterer inspections.
Arcadia was hailed for its important donations and social commitment in Greece.
Examples include major donations to hospitals, the Church and the Hellenic Coast Guard. Arcadia has also been in the forefront of providing help for Greek wild fire victims, and for equipping the health system to deal with the pandemic.
